Testimonials
Calorific value on every cargo landed inside the contracted band. The COA matched our own lab results at discharge, which is rare.
Their team kept the laycan even during the rainy season. For a cement kiln, that reliability matters more than a few dollars per ton.
Documents were complete on first submission and the bank accepted the L/C presentation without discrepancies. Smooth from LOI to B/L.
We started with a trial cargo of GAR 4200 and moved to a twelve-month contract. Quality has stayed consistent shipment after shipment.
Transparent HBA-linked pricing and quick answers from the export desk. They are now our core Indonesian supplier.

Laycan is agreed per contract, usually a 10-day window. Loading rate depends on anchorage and weather; priority slots go to term buyers.
